An “Industrial Intelligence” firm that helps industrial companies recover the cash tied up and the margin leaking out of their operations. Its method is to first quantify these pools of value from the company’s actual flows, then release them together with the teams, until the money shows up on the balance sheet. Kwei then steps back, leaving the teams able to sustain the gains over the long term. The firm draws on several decades of industrial experience, encoded in an analytical system that it operates at its clients’ sites. Both founders come from major industrial groups (Lesaffre, Nexira, SLB, Nexans, Schneider Electric, Hager, Soprema) and are the authors of the book Le Cash qui dort. Kwei is based in Strasbourg.
