Ethypik is a socially responsible enterprise (ESUS) specialising in the StreetSourcing of candidates. Founded in 2020 by Nicolas Morby, it is based on a simple observation: recruitment methods need to be revamped. From now on, it’s up to companies to reach out to candidates, rather than the other way round. Thanks to our StreetSourcing methods, we can find your future talent directly in the places where they live (shopping centres, tube exits, etc.). Our teams have them fill in a SoftSkills detection questionnaire drawn up by a doctor in cognitive science, and then give them an in-depth interview. This enables us to present you with the person who is the perfect match for your position.
