The Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs en Agroalimentaire de Bretagne atlantique (ESIAB) is an internal school of the Université de Bretagne Occidentale (UBO). With an experience of more than 25 years, the school has two sites in Finistère. The first is located in Quimper and the second in Brest. Two training courses are offered, leading to an engineering diploma: A 3-year “microbiology and quality” course, located at the Technopôle Brest Iroise in Plouzané, available for initial training (50 students per class). A 3-year course specializing in agri-food, located in Quimper, available in initial training and apprenticeship, in partnership with the IFRIA Ouest (50 students per class).
