Provaloa

A supplier of plant-processing equipment that combines “the scale of craftsmanship” with “the performance of industry.” Its range covers cold-press oil presses, filters, bottling machines, mills for oilseed butters and spreads, roasters, cleaner-sorters, and dehullers, for processing rapeseed, sunflower, walnut, almond, hazelnut, sesame, hemp, and many other seeds. Provaloa supports its customers from A to Z: from the complete installation of an artisanal oil mill, from seed cleaning to bottle labeling, through to training, after-sales service, and spare parts. Real-condition trials at its technical center allow producers to accurately estimate their production costs before investing. Its mission: to preserve and promote the plant diversity of local terroirs by relocating artisanal, sustainable, and profitable food production as close as possible to the producers. Provaloa’s workshop is located in the Parc de Wesserling, in the Haut-Rhin department.
